Dear Customers, due to an issue beyond our control, the 3rd party vendor for our monthly statements, notified us that they are having printer errors. This has caused our monthly water bill statements to not go out on time. We encourage any customer that receives the statement by mail, to please call the office to get your current amount due. They are hoping to have the situation handled this week but there are no guarantees with this. We will be waiving all late fees for Water accounts, for bills that apply to this cycle only and that were mailed out. THIS WILL NOT APPLY TO E-BILL ACCOUNTS.
This does not change the date for which bills are due nor does it change or negate any cut-off fees, that could apply in the future. This is for the current bill cycle only.
This error, that has happened to us 3 times now, is also why we try and recommend as many customers as we can, to get on the E-Bill notification system. We are having 100% success with this system and is a much better way to get statements out.
