Customers must register their accounts on the new payment system to set up autopayments, as the old portal has been deactivated. To enroll, visit www.bcwcid2.org, select “Register here”, and follow the instructions. Payments will be processed on the 25th of each month. For inquiries, call (512) 321-1688.

We experienced a few errors in our new billing system. We are working quickly to correct those errors. Your account should reflect any changes by noon on, Thursday, February 12, 2026.
