Billing Notice Issue

Dear Customers,

The 3rd party vendor for our monthly statements had issues with their printer. This caused the monthly water bill statements to be delayed.  We were never notified of this issue from the vendor.  We discovered this when a customer called asking about their bill.  We contacted the printing company and were advised of the situation.  We encourage any customer that receives the statement by mail, to please call the office to get your current amount due.   

We will be waiving all late fees for Water accounts until, Thursday April 4th.  This applies to this cycle only and to bills that were mailed out.  THIS WILL NOT APPLY TO E-BILL ACCOUNTS.

This is not the first time this has happened, and we are actively searching for a new vendor.  Please consider changing to E-Billing notification system.  We are having 100% success with this system and is a much better way to get statements out on time.  Please call our office, and we can switch you to our E-Billing notification system.
