ACTION REQUIRED: New Billing Portal & Payment Details

Dear Customers,

As we notified you several weeks ago, the District has officially transitioned to our new billing software. With this, as you know we have had multiple errors with the payment portal, autopay customers and more. After all this, we feel like we are ready to finally deploy the new information. It has been tested both in and out of house so far, with no errors. If you have ANY issues setting up your new account or autopay, please notify the office and we will do our best, to help you work through the issues.

To ensure your payments are processed correctly, we are now deactivating the old web portal and phone numbers.

⚠️ Immediate Action Required

  • Please delete any saved bookmarks or phone numbers for our old payment system.
  • Using the old links will delay your payment and may result in it not being applied to your account.

New Payment Methods

What You Need to Know

  • Re-registration: You will need to re-register your account on the new portal to gain access and make payments. You will need your account # or the phone # registered to the account, to set the new account up. USE THE NUMBER ONLY, NO DASHES!
  • AutoPay Changes: You can sign up for AutoPay through the new portal. 
  • AutoPay payments: Please note that these are processed on the 25th ONLY. The option to select a custom date is no longer available due to system configurations. This is out of our control and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
