Changes to Auto-Pay

Dear Customer,
We apologize to the auto-pay customers that are receiving emails from Tyler Technologies, stating that your auto pay has been canceled.
It has in fact been canceled because we are transitioning over to a new system that we sent a notice to everyone on, about 2 weeks ago. They were not supposed to send any messages like this because we had our own message prompted to be sent out tomorrow, introducing the new system.
We had no idea they were going to do this and it put us in a bind with you, the customers. We do apologize for this.
We will be sending out another email over the weekend, with the information on the new system and how to sign back up. Again we apologize for the inconvenience this is causing.
