Dear Customer,
If your account was previously enrolled for autopayment, you will need to register your account(s) on the new system for access and to set up autopayments.
The old portal and payment system has been deactivated. Please delete the old weblink if you have it bookmarked.
Online/AutoPay
- Go to our website at www.bcwcid2.org under the Bill Payment Portal to register your account and enroll in AutoPay via check draft or credit/debit card.
- Go to “Register here” located under the Log In and Quick Pay boxes
- Enter your account number and phone number with no dashes
- Once your account is created, in the Help Box use “I want to set up AutoPay.”
- Do not use autofill. Everything must be entered manually.
Credit cards and bank drafts will be processed on the 25th of every month. THIS DATE CANNOT BE CHANGED. It is locked in the system and beyond our control.
